the setting for a Norman Rockwell Painting. This festival

The Annual Lincoln County Bluegrass and Crafts Festival takes
place in September at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds. The
event features bluegrass instrumental, band and dance competitions,
with over $5,200 in prize money to be given away. The event
kick off will occur with band performances and various competitions.
Kids events plus high caliber food will be available throughout
